KEITH ARCHER

Keith started his career in the mid 1980’s as an owner/operator of a small wholesale produce company in central Florida.  He then joined Kraft Foods in 1991 as an Over the Road driver and later transitioned to being a Direct Store Delivery (DSD) driver.

Keith progressed to take on multiple management positions ranging from Warehouse Manager to Fleet Transportation Manager.  He also led the safety programs responsible for on-boarding and training of 75+ drivers.

Keith spent 25 years at Kraft Foods in various leadership roles that spanned Transportation, Manufacturing, Systems Implementation, Best Practice Management, and Network Optimization.  During his career, Keith led both small and large teams that focused on delivering cost saving initiatives utilizing system capabilities.

In 2016, Keith joined one of the leading Spotting service 3PL’s in the US as their VP of Business Development. There, he established a business development structure to ensure business continuity with existing clients and manage new client on-boarding.  He helped transform their organization to effectively manage the double-digit growth they had been experiencing.

MIKE BOHNSTENGEL

Mike has 25 years of senior management experience across several relevant roles.  For the last 15 years, Mike has been active in the Supply Chain and Logistics arena supporting large consumer packaged goods company's pursuit of cost reduction initiatives and improved efficiency 

He has managed a multi-state Sales and Direct Store Delivery (DSD) team along with the safety and maintenance program for a private fleet of over 100 trucks.  Mike has also served as a project lead to increase replenishment flow and improve truckload utilization across a national warehouse, distribution and transportation network.

Mike's additional end-to-end Supply Chain experiences include work in the areas of Business Operations, Customer Service and Development, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Procurement, Product Supply Planning, Project Management, Scheduling, and Team Management.

Josh Mehl

Josh is a proven supply chain leader with extensive leadership experience in distribution, warehousing, transportation, network design, logistics procurement and customer service. He is a dynamic leader with the ability to drive results and achieve objectives with an eye toward bottom line results and service level improvement. Josh is recognized for strong customer and partner collaboration. 

Josh has 17 years of Supply Chain experience focusing on the areas of Warehousing (DSD and Warehouse Delivered), Transportation, Network Design, Logistics Procurement, Business Development, Project Management, and Customer Service.
